View the nutrients available for a data source

To view the nutrients and components that are included in a particular data source:

1. On the File menu, click Database Properties.
2. Click Food Selections.
3. In the box on the left, click the name of the data source.

The nutrients available for this data source are listed in the box on the right, at the end of the description.
